All items at Christopher Hill are handmade to order and are shipped from Christopher’s studio in Yorkshire, England, UK. Please allow the following timeframes for your items to be handmade and dispatched. Please note: creation timescales commence once your order has been paid in full and are in addition to wait list periods and shipping times

• Esoteric Task Lamp (ETL): 12-14 weeks per lamp. Due to each lamp being individually handmade by Christopher, we maintain a wait list period in addition to each lamp’s creation timescale. When placing your order you will be informed via your invoice of the wait list period and intended creation start date before payment is made. This start date marks the beginning of the 12-14 week creation process per lamp

Shipping is available to all addresses across UK, Mainland. All orders are sent from Christopher’s studio in Yorkshire, England, UK via DPD, DHL and/or our personal company courier. DPD/DHL orders will be provided with a tracking number. Which delivery service is utilised is dependent on the items you are purchasing and order size. Larger orders may be sent as more than one parcel. Customers will be informed of exact delivery costs when they receive their order invoice

An excellent choice. If you are sending your order as a gift directly to the recipient, please fill out the gift message section in your initial order email and we shall see to handwriting your message. For gifts, we shall not include any invoice paperwork within the parcel. You will still receive an email copy yourself

Care Instructions on website product listings, user manuals and/or instructions featured below are advisory. Items are handmade and require due care to prolong their longevity. Please see care instructions in your item user manual or alternatively, please follow care instructions for the applicable item below:

• Esoteric Task Lamp (ETL) To remove dust, gently wipe surfaces with the provided cleaning cloth within your lamp’s care package. It is advised when transporting your ETL to place it in its presentation box for safe keeping
